Chicken Fried Rice
 


Substitute chicken with your favorite meats such as pork, beef, shrimp or vegetables like bean sprouts or celery.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
4 cups -- Cooked rice
1/2 cup -- Chicken breast, cut in small pieces
1 link -- Chinese style sausage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup -- Cooked peas and carrots
2 -- Eggs, scrambled
1 tablespoons -- Scallion, chopped
4 tablespoons -- Oyster flavored sauce
3 tablespoons -- Oil
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the wok then put oil.
    Cook chicken for 3 minutes.
    Then put Chinese style sausage and cook for 1 minute.
2. Put peas and carrots and scallion,
    cook for 2 minutes.
3. Put rice and oyster flavored sauce, mix well with
    other ingredients.
4. Add scrambled eggs.
5. Serve while it warm.
